Scoping call
Forty minutes, no cost.
Every engagement starts here. Two of us join, you tell us what you are worried about, and we tell you whether we are the right people. If we are not, we will say so on the call and point you at someone who is.
What happens
On the call
-
Two operators, not a salesperson. The people who would do the work.
-
Nothing technical until an NDA is signed. We can send ours or work from yours.
-
A rough shape and a rough number before we hang up, or an honest no.
What to bring
Two things: a sentence on what would hurt most if it were reachable, and whoever can say yes to the scope. Everything else can be worked out on the call. There is more on this in how to scope an engagement.

Before you write
Three things worth knowing.
These are the questions we are asked on almost every first call, so they are answered here instead.
-
NDA first
The call opens with scope and process. Nothing about your estate is discussed until the NDA is signed, and that can happen the same day.
-
Named operators
You know who is touching your estate before you sign. No bench, no substitution, no subcontracting.
-
A no is a real answer
We run nine engagements a year. If yours is not one we should take, saying so costs us forty minutes and saves you a quarter.
