Sound
Healing.
Lie down under a blanket while singing bowls, gongs and voice move through the room. Nothing to do, nothing to get right.

What happens
An hour of doing nothing, on purpose.
You arrive, you lie down, you are covered with a blanket. For sixty minutes Kali plays a set of Himalayan and crystal bowls around the room, sometimes close to the body. Most people drift somewhere between waking and sleep. You leave slowly.

Introductory session
Your first sound bath is free.
Every Sunday at 18:00 we keep two mats for people who have never been. Come once, see if it is for you.

Questions
Before you come.
Do I need any experience?
None. You lie down and listen. If you can rest on your back for an hour you can do this; if you can’t, bring a cushion and we’ll set you up on your side.
What should I bring?
Warm socks and loose clothes. Mats, blankets, bolsters and eye pillows are provided.
Is it loud?
Rarely. The bowls are played softly and the gong is used sparingly. If you are sensitive to sound, take a mat at the far end of the room and tell Kali before we start.
Can I come if I’m pregnant?
Yes, from the second trimester, lying on your side. Bowls are not placed on the body during pregnancy.
What if I fall asleep?
Then it worked. Most people drift in and out. We wake the room gently at the end.
